What is In Control? An initiative supported by Nebraska Family Planning (NEFP) to help Nebraskans access virtual, affordable healthcare. NEFP believes everyone deserves access to equitable and quality sexual and reproductive healthcare.

What is Virtual Healthcare? Also known as telehealth, virtual healthcare is the use of technology by a healthcare provider to visit with patients remotely. Virtual healthcare visits are typically held on a video call and can be used for a wide range of medical purposes, including discussing birth control options and more. As long as you have a smartphone or an internet connection, you can connect with a provider wherever you are!
