Terra Uhing
Executive Director
Terra Uhing joined the Three Rivers team in July of 2011 and has served as the Executive Director since March 2013. Terra received her Bachelor of Business Leadership degree from College of Saint Mary, and her Master of Science in Health Promotion, with a Human Resource emphasis from Nebraska Methodist College. Throughout her career, Terra has several years of experience in administration, grant oversight, human resources, and financial management activities. Terra enjoys her job tremendously and making a difference each and every day.
Greg Moser
Director of Organizational Advancement
Greg Moser joined the Three Rivers Public Health Department in April of 2022 and serves as the Associate Public Health Director. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Master of Public Health degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Public Health. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Greg worked as the Administrator of the Office of Community Health at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Greg has several years of experience in health promotion, grant writing, program management, and financial oversight. Greg is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys spending time with his family.
Sofia Toben
Manger of Business Operations
Sofia joined Three Rivers Public Health Department team in August 2012. Sofia is also a Spanish interpreter and translator as well as certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) for the health department. Sofia received her Bachelor of Marketing Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas in Mexico. Sofia enjoys accounting and her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family as well as go on road trips with them.
Dr. Jadynn Morris, DNP, WHNP-BC
Clinic Provider
Dr. Jadynn Morris joined the Three Rivers team in June of 2022. Dr. Morris earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Women’s Health in May 2022 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to her graduate education she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Midland University in 2018. Throughout the years, she has provided nursing care in a variety of settings before practicing as a nurse practitioner. This included being a nurse in an intensive care unit, working as a labor and delivery nurse, as well as a high-risk OB nurse. Dr. Morris has a passion for helping others and providing care to all patients. When not at work, Dr. Morris enjoys spending time with her daughter and her husband as well as many other family members. She also enjoys camping and spending time at the lake during the summer.
Jake Dunn
Director of Emergency Readiness & Surveillance
Jake Dunn joined Three Rivers in April of 2023 and serves as the Director of Emergency Readiness & Surveillance. Jake received his Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Management from Bellevue University. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Jake worked for Union Pacific Railroad in their operating department handling daily transportation and response plans for the state of California and Nevada. Jake has over a decade of experience in the emergency field as a volunteer firefighter/EMT, which he currently serves as a Fire Captain on the Blair Volunteer Fire Department. Throughout his professional and volunteer career, Jake has multiple years of experience in financial budgeting, prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery. Jake is passionate about emergency management and serving the community.
Robin Simanek
Clinic Manager
Robin joined the Three Rivers team in May of 2022. She graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX in May of 1995 with Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Robin also received a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA in May of 2012. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Robin worked as the Occupational Health Nurse Manager for Cargill, Schuyler, NE where she managed the multiple components of the Health Services Department for 18 years. Robin is a US Air Force Veteran; she was enlisted for 4 years, active in ROTC while at TCU for 3 years and served as a commissioned officer and Registered Nurse for 4 years. In her free time, she prefers to be reading, gardening or spending time with family.
Reina Muro
Office Manager
Reina joined the Three Rivers team in February of 2020. Previously she served as a manager at McDonalds for 10 years. She received her Bachelor of Business Management degree from Midland University in May of 2020. She enjoys working as a Business Administration Assistant, receptionist and an interpreter for the Health Department. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and travel.
Bob Ball
Program Assistant
Robert ‘Bob’ Ball joined Three Rivers Public Health Department in November 2023 and serves as the Public Health Program Assistant. Bob was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1988 after 8 years of honorable service, while in the Navy Bob graduated Hospital Corps School and Field Medical Service School. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Bob worked for a local company as their Medical Administrator handling daily aspects of the medical clinic as well as coordination and implementation of emergency preparedness. Bob has over 25 years’ experience as a previous volunteer firefighter/EMT/Paramedic. Bob is also very active in his community; he is a Parish Ministry Associate serving the four Faith Ambassadors Luther Parish churches in the ELCA and previously served as Post Commander of American Legion Post in Hooper, NE and District 7 Legion Commander. Throughout his professional and volunteer career, Bob has multiple years of experience in emergency medical care, volunteer firefighting, and teaching others in emergency preparedness. Bob is passionate about making strides in Emergency Preparedness and ensuring the safety of his community.
Sarah Brumfield
Health Educator
Sarah joined the Three Rivers team in November 2023 as a Community Health Educator. A self-proclaimed "data nerd", Sarah received her Masters of Art in Sociology with Minors in Native American Studies and History from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2022, and her Bachelors of Science in Biology with a Minor in Native American Studies in 2008. Previously, Sarah worked in health care for many years. She also completed an AmeriCorps VISTA year of service with Together Omaha. When she's not busy analyzing data or fighting for health equity, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family whether it's watching movies or travelling.
Aleshia Ebel
Registered Nurse
Aleshia (she, her, hers) has been a public health nurse with Three Rivers since September 2022. She earned her ADN from Metropolitan Community College in 2019 and graduated with her BSN from Midland University in 2022. Aleshia and husband, Matt, have three kids and several fur kids. She enjoys live music, gaming, arts, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
Coartney DiGiorgio
Health Educator/Safe Kids Coordinator
Coartney DiGiorgio joined the Three Rivers team in September of 2014. She graduated from Wayne State College in May of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in foods and nutrition and a minor in exercise science. Since beginning work at Three Rivers, she has also become a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) as of September 2014. Coartney also has several roles as a health educator including duties as the Safe Kids Coordinator, managing the health hub and radon grants, and other basic health education activities.
Anne Garinger
Health Educator
Anne joined the Three Rivers team in October 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2001 and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2003. She is the health educator for the Title X program where she provides education and outreach on reproductive health. She is also passionate about pediatric injury prevention and has been a child passenger safety technician since 2004. She enjoys running, watching sports, and puzzles.
Evelyn Martinez
Community Health Worker
Evelyn joined the Three Rivers team in July of 2012. She received her Associate degree in Medical Assisting from Kaplan University in September of 2009. She also maintains an active medication aide license with Nebraska. Since then she has also become a certified child passenger safety technician, LifeStyle Coach, Diabetes Prevention Coach, Living Well Facilitator, and Community Health Worker. Her passion is working with her community in connecting them with local resources. Her billingual skills give her the advantage to be a strong advocate for the Spanish-speaking community. Evelyn enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in many community events. One of her other fun passions is her love for music and dance.
Nayeli Rodriguez
Community Health Worker
Nayeli joined the Three Rivers team in September of 2019 as our first student intern. She then continued her education at Midland University receiving a Bachelors degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Childhood. Nayeli began full time with us in August of 2020. She has since worked in disease surveillance, as our front desk staff, and as an interpreter in our clinic. Nayeli is also a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and a certified Spanish and English Living Well facilitator. She now primarily works as community health worker with an emphasis in dental health. Nayeli enjoys traveling to San Diego to spend time with all of her family.
Sara Ruma
Registered Nurse
Sara joined the Three Rivers team in October of 2022. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Sara worked as a School Nurse where she was responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating school health services for students and managed the Employee Health and Wellness program. Sara and her husband are the proud parents of three busy boys. When she is not at work or a kid’s sporting event, Sara loves to travel and spend time in the great outdoors- hiking, boating, or swimming.
Anna Saville
Public Health Nurse
Anna first started at Three Rivers in 2016 working part time at vaccination clinics and joined the team as a fulltime employee in August 2021. Anna graduated in 2009 from nursing school and with an early childhood education degree. She is from Blair and is the proud mother of four children.
Katie Schultis
Environmental Health Coordinator/Health Educator
Katie joined the Three Rivers team in August 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Population Health Management and Business from Missouri Western State University and her Master of Public Health from Fort Hays State University. Throughout her career, Katie has had a passion to provide health education and access to healthcare in rural areas. When not at work, Katie loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.
