Appointment Reminders
Be on Time for Your Appointment
If you are late, the doctor may not have enough time to see you.

Remember to call ahead to schedule an appointment
If you go to the clinic without an appointment, the doctor may not have time to see you. If more than 1 person needs to be seen by the doctor, then multiple appointments must be scheduled.

Always show your most current Medicaid/Kids Connection card at each appointment. (Remember to tell the office if you have other insurance too)

Always call ahead to cancel appointments - If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment it is very important that you call ahead to cancel it. Try to call at least 24 hours ahead of time, that way the clinic can see someone else needing care in your place. Check with the office staff on their appointment policies. Some offices will NOT see you again if you have missed several appointments and did not cancel them ahead of time.

Bring your Co-Pay
If you are required to bring a co-pay for your visit please remember to do so.

Volunteers Wanted

During a public health emergency, such as a tornado or even an influenza pandemic, Three Rivers will work to provide complete public health services to the citizens of our three counties.

However, Three Rivers won't be able to do it all on our own. We are recruiting volunteers to work at future mass-immunization clinics, either practice exercises or real-life events. At least six hundred volunteers would be needed to conduct a full scale immunization clinic in each of our three counties.
